Break out the cigars - Lil' Wayne is the proud new father of a bouncing baby boy.
Dwayne Carter III was born on a random Wednesday in 2008, at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati.
His rep has confirmed the birth, but the mother's identity remains unreleased.

Lil' Wayne announced his babymama's pregnancy on Sunday at the BET Hip-Hop Awards when he accepted an aware for Lyricist of the Year.

"I got a son about to be born any day now, so shout-out to him," he said. "Pray for me."
Now that the baby is safely in the world, we're going to pray for some grammar lessons.

He also won MVP of the Year, which he dedicated to his daughter.

A Relative Is Under Investigation For The Death Of Kanye's Mother..

Donda West's nephew, Stephan Scoggins, is now under investigation for her death.
Kanye's mother died of post-operative complications last November after cosmetic surgery for breast augmentation and liposuction. Donda was in under the care of Scoggins - a registered nurse - when she came home from the hospital. Despite advice to receive post-op treatment at another facility, Donda went home after 5 hours under the knife and into the supervision of Scoggins.
She took vicodin for the pain and felt better the next day, when Scoggins left her side to attend a baby shower and could not be reached when Donda began to suffer. According to an autopsy, Donda experienced a painful death, with her throat becoming sore and her chest tightening up before she collapsed and was pronounced dead at the emergency room.
Dr. Jan Adams admitted that he and Scoggins did not realy discuss an after-care regimen.
Part of the investigation is whether or not Scoggins administered too much vicodin too soon.

So sad.

In association with the Made for Skate exhibition taking place in Holland at the end of the month, Nike SB has put together a tribute shoe with this SB Blazer. Inspired by one of the skateboard world’s iconic pieces of footwear, a 1979 Hobie release. The shoe features a re-designed anatomy to reflect the Hobie with rubber toecap as well as changes to the lace stay and swoosh. Only 24 pairs will release this Saturday, November 29th at the exhibition’s pop-up store which runs until January 4th, 2009.

Proper x Vans 2008 Holiday Collection

The masterminds behind last year’s memorable satin SK8-HI pack with Vans, Long Beach’s Proper have cooked up another stellar pack of Vans offerings for the holiday season. In an interview with leading sneaker magazine Sneaker Freaker, Proper’s owner Tristan Caruso shares some insight into the conceptual aspect of this nautical inspired pack which features the Native American (One-piece), Authentic Low and Chukka Del Barco LX, each available in two colorways. For this particular release, Proper has taken extra steps to create a special product including various little details working its way into the pack’s design such as thicker insoles and retro-style boxes.
