A Relative Is Under Investigation For The Death Of Kanye's Mother..

Donda West's nephew, Stephan Scoggins, is now under investigation for her death.
Kanye's mother died of post-operative complications last November after cosmetic surgery for breast augmentation and liposuction. Donda was in under the care of Scoggins - a registered nurse - when she came home from the hospital. Despite advice to receive post-op treatment at another facility, Donda went home after 5 hours under the knife and into the supervision of Scoggins.
She took vicodin for the pain and felt better the next day, when Scoggins left her side to attend a baby shower and could not be reached when Donda began to suffer. According to an autopsy, Donda experienced a painful death, with her throat becoming sore and her chest tightening up before she collapsed and was pronounced dead at the emergency room.
Dr. Jan Adams admitted that he and Scoggins did not realy discuss an after-care regimen.
Part of the investigation is whether or not Scoggins administered too much vicodin too soon.
